Cover: Switch by Rachel Smith

It is 2120 A.D. and humans, aliens and androids all rule the planet (and the moon as well). It is a peaceful time, full of new inventions and technology, but there are secrets behind how the three races came to coexist.

[Note: I'm a little low on time these days, so I only made the first cover despite the fact that you requested covers for the rest of the series as well. I'll only be able to make the other two if you choose to use this cover. Because I'm not taking the time to do all three, you won't have to do any free reads for me. About the attribution:

Please copy-paste the attribution into the description of your Figment piece so that the stock artists are credited properly and legally.

The design process: I started by browsing through tech-related textures in the deviantART stock database, but the motherboards and circuitry weren't really doing anything for me aesthetically. Eventually I downloaded a zip file of this texture set from So-ghislaine, since I knew that if you asked me to make covers for the rest of the series, I could easily pick another texture from the set to make it look cohesive. Plus, these look futuristic without being too bogged down in mechanics. I fiddled with the color scheme in PicMonkey to make the background cleaner and more green because you requested that sort of color, and then I set about adding the text. Since I knew I wanted a clean, no-nonsense sans serif font to fit the science fiction genre of Switch, I used Champagne & Limousines as the font for both the title and author text. The layering behind the title, as well as the U P P E R C A S E and lowercase contrast between the title and author name, was meant to add an appealing visual element to what can otherwise be a somewhat boring font.

Redo. I was going to use Cranberry Blues, but up close, it looks more like a handwriting font than a sci-fi one. Soo I used Raleway instead.

I thought the face reflection would symbolize the whole alter ego part of it ^^ enjoy.

Finally the idea of a brain transplant to a willing host is the only remaining option. Only, the host, Summer Hamilton, is taken by force from her family, and definitely not willing. When problems arise with the transplant some of Summer's thinking capabilities are still left. Summer takes the place of Anya, having all the memories and thoughts Anya would have, until one day when the real Summer is awakened...

When Mabel overhears one of her parents' and River's conversations, she gets curious. Mabel soon finds out that she was genetically modified by a team of scientist, who were hired by the government. She has no birth parents. Something went wrong with the experiment that created Mabel, though. The scientists soon found out that she had the ability to move things with her mind. The scientists decided to give Mabel a medication to prevent from showing her ability. But the medication had a price. It caused her to have a form of dyslexia. When Mabel finds out she learns to adjust to her new life, but it isn't easy because some people are trying to track her down. One night when she is walking home, some people abduct her. Mabel finds herself trapped in a cell. She must get out but doesn't know how.

Redo: The Hunter of Chernobyl by John Gorman

Many years before the nuclear reactor of Chernobyl exploded and spewed its dark cloud of radioactive death into the clear blue, Russian winter skies; two young boys had hunted birds, squirrels, wild pigs, and even make-believe Nazi spies in the forests and fields surrounding the huge, ominous-looking plant where their father worked as a nuclear scientist.

Now, five years after that terrible day that changed Russia and the world forever, Dmitri, the eldest of the two brothers, was again hunting in the forests surrounding Chernobyl.
